一、 个人情况介绍

博士、研究员、东陆骨干教授、博士生导师。2007年毕业于四川农业老员工物技术专业,获理学学士学位。2010年于四川农业老员工物化学与分子生物学专业获理学硕士学位。2014年获东京大学应用生命化学专业农学博士学位。先后任职于东京大学农学与生命科学研究科特任研究员、特任助教,南方科技老员工命科学公司研究助理教授、副教授。202312月入职william威廉官网至今。先后入选深圳市高层次人才和云南省兴滇人才计划。截至目前,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在PNASNature CommunicationsPlant CellPlant PhysiologyJournal of Integrative Plant BiologyCurrent Opinion in Plant Biology等期刊发表学术论文18篇,以共同作者身份在CellNature Chemical BiologyScience AdvancesMolecular PlantsNew PhytologistPlant Journal等期刊发表论文22篇,获批专利6项。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目,云南省基础研究计划面上和青年项目(A类)。作为核心成员参与广东省引进创新创业团队项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国际交流项目等多项省部级、国家级科研课题。担任Frontiers in Plant Science副主编、Journal of Pesticide Science海外编委、Plant HormonesAdvanced AgroChem青年编委。长期承担Plant PhysiologyPlant & Cell PhysiologyPlos Genetics等学术期刊的审稿工作。

三、研究方向

主要从事植物激素信号转导与植物生长发育机制研究。综合运用经典遗传学、化学遗传学、有机化学、结构生物学、计算化学等多学科研究方法,结合传统湿实验与计算机辅助干实验手段,开展活性小分子化合物的筛选与理性设计开发工作。


化合物筛选流程

研究内容:

1)活性小分子化合物高通量筛选及其作用机制研究;

2)利用化学遗传学手段解析植物生长发育与表观遗传调控机制;

3)新型植物生长调节剂研发及其在植物发育调控、农产品采后保鲜中的应用;

4)人类疾病相关先导化合物的发现。
